Mark Morais is a Business Immigration Attorney (Former Immigration Prosecutor with ICE) with in-depth and comprehensive knowledge of Immigration and Nationally laws of the United States.

Mark’s skills set involves a unique set of hands on experience acquired after working for several years for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) including the following positions:

During his tenure with ICE, Mark successfully appealed and overturned Immigration Judge’s decision before the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA). In addition, he participated in the court and BIA levels in the litigation of a seminal Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals’ remand decision.

 Mark is a unique legal professional. Perhaps he is the only Brazilian-American lawyer who worked for the three main federal immigration agencies in the United States.

 He has the necessary skills to assist foreigners with immigration matters in the United States.

 He holds a Juris Doctor degree in the United States. He also has a Law Degree as well as a Business Degree in Brazil.

 Mark Morais is licensed to practice law in the state of Florida and in the District of Columbia. Fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish.
